30-Day Hassle-Free Returns

You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for a return authorization. You can reach our customer service team via email, text message, or chat.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged

Custom or personalized orders Items returned more than 30 days after delivery Engraved rings Items that are worn, damaged, altered, or not in the original condition Sale items or gift cards.

How to Return

Contact us for the nearest return address. Our customer service representative will respond to you within 24 hours and provide the return address via email. Once we provide you with the return address, please return your item within seven (7) business days. Items returned after 7 days will not be eligible for exchange or refund. Note: Do not return items to the address on the package. This is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

Prepare Your Return

Include all original packaging and accompanying materials, including free gifts, packing slip, and any certificates (otherwise, a 30% replacement fee will apply to each certificate order). Place your item(s) in the original jewelry box. For your convenience, we recommend using the original packaging from your order. Write your order number on the outside of the package you are returning. For security reasons, do not write jewelry, diamonds, or other related words anywhere on the packaging.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days after we receive the item(s), with shipping and handling fees deducted from the original payment (even for items with free shipping). For specially designed high-value items, we typically charge an additional restocking fee.

**Note: We can customize any jewelry. However, if the jewelry is custom-made for you, it is non-returnable unless there is a quality issue. Thank you for your understanding!
